University of Michigan Ross School of Business
Bachelor of Business Administration. A foundation in business and a lasting connection to Michigan.
Perspective · People · Places
Across ten cities and a career spanning manufacturing, banking, education, and nonprofit leadership, I have learned to listen for context: how people live, how work moves, and what a community values.
Detroit is home. Washington, DC is where I live today. Rural communities and large metropolitan cities have shaped my adaptability, my relationships, and the questions I bring into a room.
Places that ground me
Ten places have shaped how I understand belonging, pace, opportunity, and community. These are personal memories from each chapter of my life.

More than one role
Sister, aunt, daughter, friend. Leader, learner, giver, receiver.
The same curiosity and care connect these roles. I make room for responsibility and joy, for contributing and receiving, and for learning something that changes my perspective.
I grew up on Detroit’s west side, the second of five children. Family and community taught me to listen, be resourceful, and pay attention to the people around me. The cards and letters I have kept remind me that relationships are built through ordinary acts of attention and care.
I take my auntie duties seriously: four nieces, two nephews, and one very proud aunt.
Casual karaoke singer, with equally low amounts of singing talent and shame. I dance anywhere, like the world is my living room. An excellent +1 for dinners and trips.
Egypt, South Africa, and Jamaica are among my favorite trips. Beaches over mountains; nature over architecture. I make room for museums, learning, and the people I meet along the way.
